A committee of the Whole, Durham Region has recommended suspension of the Service Line Warranties of Canada Inc, Program: Most notable sections A, B, C, D…..in short:
- the program is suspended
- SLWC is not permitted to sign up any new clients
- residential sanitary repairs will continue to be the responsibility of the Region
- anyone incurring expenses relating to this program to date is to be reimbursed.
