My lifestyle change has starts with DIET change, or I should say, REGULATED EATING.  I have never really been a consistent manager of how I eat. I eat what I want, when I want and almost as much as I want. Time to change philosophically, healthily(?), nutritionally.

Lisa Ireland is my nutritionist guru. Lisa is a Registered Dietitian working for Loblaw’s. Her crucial first step was to take me on one of her grocery shopping tours where she teaches “label reading.”

Food shoppers should know how to read a food label in deciding to add the item to their shopping cart.

Depending on your goals, consider the percentages.
