No !

This may have been the worst book written by Lee Child. There were too many times of boredom with my attention lapsing or deviating from the book. The story is confusing with characters that are wispy, phantom like, lacking engaging substance. I wanted to abandon the book many times, something I never do and would never normally consider with a Lee Child book. But this book was the exception.

This book was not engaging. It could not hold my attention. Page after page, paragraph after paragraph, I found myself lost, not knowing what was going on in the story. I belabour the point. In short, I found this book boring, confusing and unsatisfactory in almost every way. Others may see it differently. I hope so as Lee Child used to be a much better writer than this book would validate.
