AmeriKans are either helpless nincompoops or incredibly passive rubes.

The ass**le in the White House has been eroding and destroying American democracy for months and Americans do nothing about it beyond words of opposition and protest.

It is absolutely amazing Americans have not taken any constructive, concrete action against this jerk. They protest. They editorialize. They whine and they grumble. But no one has had the cajones to do anything concrete about this maniac. The seeming majority opposing the man has not united itself into any meaningful and real effort to remove the man from office.

25th AMENDMENT
The 25th Amendment deals with what happens to the presidency when the president cannot serve or is deemed incapable of serving, either permanently or temporarily

If the president dies, resigns, or is removed from office, the vice president becomes president, not just “acting” president.

If the president is temporarily unable to do the job (for example, during surgery), they can voluntarily transfer power to the vice president, who then serves as acting president until the president resumes.

If the vice president and a majority of the Cabinet believe the president is unable to serve but will not step aside, they can declare that in writing; the vice president then becomes acting president. The president can dispute this, but Congress must vote, and only if two‑thirds of both chambers agree does the vice president stay in charge.

Here’s the rub: a significant part of the world feels T**** may be unfit for office based on his display of illogical statements, memory lapses that suggest memory incapacity, and arguable policy declarations that erode American democracy suggesting moving toward autocratic rule. As much as that may suggest he is unfit for office, no concrete evidence of incapacity has been presented by medical experts. Disliking or disagreeing with T****’s policies does not warrant or justify his removal from office. Many people may be opposed to those policies but that is not not evidence of his incapability of functioning as the president.

T**** is clearly taking America down the path of democratic destruction but unless the proper number of members of Congress and the Vice President see T**** as being unfit for office, he remains as president.

The question now becomes twofold: is there enough medical, psychological evidence to show he is incompetent and incapable; are there enough members of Congress along with the VP to see this is so. Unless these two questions are affirmed, T**** as disliked or detested as he may be, he continues as President.

Americans can whine and complain about T**** all they want. They do not have enough citizens who oppose the man in any concrete way. Currently, polls show support for T**** is at the lowest point ever, 38% but that means nothing other than most Americans do not support him. No one is doing anything concrete to remove him from the office. Court proceedings have found him guilty of legislative violations, some found him guilty of felony but all this amounts to a hell of beans. He continues to be the president.

T**** will continue in office, regardless of the criticisms, the protests, the large demonstrations against whatever he is doing. This is hot air blowing at the devil, and until Americans decide to change course and invoke real actions against him, he remains the President continuing his erosion of American democracy. A historic tragedy for the once great United States of America.
