Be aware there is a relatively new scam being used in the Durham region.
You receive a taped message that informs you that your payment to the CRA has been so overdue that they have now issued a warrant for your arrest. You can resolve the issue by phoning the number given. Please do not use this number as it may link your phone to these scam artists. I have purposely left off the last two digits but am posting some of the phone number for your own awareness and information.
