I work in the office for more than 3 hours a day, far too long, far too much sitting. This prolonged sitting is compounded by 2-3 hrs of TV watching at night. My Fermo walk of about an hour does little to compensate for all that sitting.
Ian McClymont writes an excellent blog relating to fitness and this past issue has a particularly relevant piece about sitting too much. Don’t be frightened by the piece…just make some appropriate changes to your day’s sitting. You’re only gain will be more life !
