I wrote about the destructive fires in Western Canada, Aug 1, 2024. Here we are less than 10 months later, and it’s happening again.
You can recover from floods. You can rebuild from tornadoes. There’s no recovery from ashes.
The fires in Western Canada do not reach these destructive, crisis levels until mid summer usually. Climate change has disrupted our world so much, these catastrophic fires are destroying people’s homes, property, towns and lives beyond description.
These people need help. Consider contributing to the Canadian Red Cross to help Western Canadians.
