PICKERING: Mayor Ashe seeks added funding support from provincial and federal govts.

ACQUISITION OF FRENCHMAN’S BAY LANDS

Mayor Ashe and the City of Pickering have the goal of purchasing the rights to owning the Frenchman’s Bay lands and in regard to that campaign, has added an additional aspect. The City is asking for citizen to join the campaign in signing a submission in support of Mayor Ashe’s goal of obtaining additional funds to add to the City’s in order to make its bid for the Frenchman’s Bay lands more appealing and acceptable.
