EATING BETTER: Guacamole with Pomegranate

Easy to prepare, easy on the waistline.


1                  avocado
2 tbsp           chopped cilantro
2 tsp             fresh lime juice
1 clove         garlic, minced
Dash            of salt 
½ cup           pomegranate seeds

  1. Mash avocado until smooth, add in cilantro, lime juice, garlic and salt and stir.
  2. Stir in the pomegranate seeds.

Serve with your choice of whole grain crackers, pita or tortilla chips.
