Oct. 10 is World Mental Health Day.
How are you doing?
Mental health problems have a gamut of maladies ranging from depression, extreme anxiety, and unresolved fears. These problems can lead to secondary problems if left untreated or unattended.
Rather than ignoring your own mental well being or sweeping any concerns under the carpet, consider a visit to your family doctor just to touch base with a medical professional who can give you feedback about your own mental well being. You have nothing to lose but much to gain in terms of safeguards, support and constructive evaluation.
