- Full-depth reconstruction of Whitevale Road (Whitevale Bridge to Golf Club Road) and North Road (to north of Churchwin St.), plus an upsized storm sewer for 100-year-storm flood protection — a response to 2017 Whitevale flooding.
- Lowest compliant bid: Elirpa Construction & Materials Ltd. — $4,528,202.26 (HST incl.) / $4,077,786.39 (net).
- Total net project cost: $5,359,375.00 — funded from OCIF Reserve, Rate Stabilization Reserve, and Casino Reserves.
- Contract administration/inspection to AECOM ULC: $203,479.30.
- Project sits within the Whitevale Heritage Conservation District — Heritage Permit HP 01/26 approved with conditions (tree protection, vibration monitoring, archaeological monitoring, landscape restoration).
- Project cost is currently $795,375.00 over approved budget (topped up from Casino Reserves).
