  • Lowest compliant bid: Elirpa Construction & Materials Ltd. — $4,528,202.26 (HST incl.) / $4,077,786.39 (net).
  • Total net project cost: $5,359,375.00 — funded from OCIF Reserve, Rate Stabilization Reserve, and Casino Reserves.
  • Contract administration/inspection to AECOM ULC: $203,479.30.
  • Project sits within the Whitevale Heritage Conservation District — Heritage Permit HP 01/26 approved with conditions (tree protection, vibration monitoring, archaeological monitoring, landscape restoration).
  • Project cost is currently $795,375.00 over approved budget (topped up from Casino Reserves).
