RATHER, Dan: American journalist, broadcaster, commentator

Dan Rather is an American national newsbroadcaster, retired, comparable to Walter Cronkite.

Today, at 93, he is retired from broadcasting but writes a regular Substack column called STEADY where he comments on the news and events in the USA. His column is always very informative and very well written. He is critical and analytical in his pieces, often writing what I am thinking in clear, concise and polished pieces.
