Home grocery delivery service is already big business in the United States with Amazon and Walmart jousting for delivery service crown. Finally, the service comes to Canada with Sobey’s diving into the deep end of that e-commerce pool.
Of course, Sobey’s is riding the wave of the insecurity and fear created by the COVID-19 pandemic, but if the prices are competitive and the product selection, availability and quality are satisfactory to the consumer, why not?
