Computer assistance and AI are starting to really irritate me.It seems to offer help quickly and effectively but not without limitations and unacceptable instructions.
Almost every instance of assistance is linked with some connection to a request for money, either a subscription or a user instance fee. As bad, often the text assistance is so convoluted and confounding it results in confusion and chaos.
My suggestion for most case is to terminate the message and start fresh. In ChatGPT, which is the AI I use most often, I have found rephrasing the prompt, your input, results in correction and a result that is more acceptable.
So, in short, when you have AI giving you assistance and you have trouble understanding the explanation, get out of it. Start a fresh instance of AI and prompt it for what you need. You may have to rewrite your prompt a few times, but the machine will eventually deliver what you need.
To understand better what I am trying to explain, examine the two images below…the left one shows the correction to a previously generated image that had THREE hands. I reprompted AI to remove a specific hand and when it removed the mouse-holding hand I reprompted again explaining I wanted the mouse-hand retained…here are the results:

The correction took less than 45 seconds to regenerate but it gave me the result I wanted, a caricature of a senior frustrated with computer use.
